About Barbara:

I'm a 52-year old mother of three, mother-in-law of three, and grandmother of four. Christ turned my heart of stone into a heart of flesh during high school, and I met my husband the year after I graduated. We've now been married 32 years; our marriage is one of God's biggest blessings to me. We home schooled all our children, and since I started married life at 19, I now find myself a very young empty-nester! In addition, I am currently on furlough from my job as a flight attendant at a major airline, so it's a great time to be designing!

I began paper scrapbooking years ago, even taking my pages and supplies along on trips to work on during my layovers. I discovered digital scrapbooking in early 2009 when I fell in love with photography and bought Photoshop Elements so that I could do more with my photos. I had no idea what I was getting myself into! Digital scrapbooking, and all the endless possibilities, just boggled my mind, and I was out the door running! It's the perfect blend of technology and art, satisfying both sides of my brain, without the mess of glitter flakes all over the floor. I LOVE God's word and that is the focus of my work. The desire of my heart is to know Him better and to glorify Him through it.
